High knees x twice through

Hammy flicks x twice through

Leg swings x 30 seconds each leg

Calf pumps x 30 seconds

Crucifix ( Front & Back ) x 30 seconds for both

Roll over to V x 30 seconds

Lunges with twist x twice through

Sumo squats x twice through

Neck strengthening exercises x 1 minute

Run throughs 50% - 75% - 100% x twice through for each one
